This is a longer meditation and is designed for a guided experience. It is in C and Cm. Flutes are by Stephen Hirst. It is designed with anxiety and pain relief in mind.
I use this meditation to resolve anxiety or pain issues. It is mostly in the key of C with some C minor variations.
