Meditation in C
This meditation is in the key of C stimulating the Root or Creation Chakra. This Chakra is located in the groin area and the associated color is Red. Can affect feelings on survival issues, financial, independence, money, and food.
There are 7 Chakras that are considered to be the most important ones. Their name derives from the Sanskrit word for "wheel" or "turning", but in the yogic context a better translation of the word is 'vortex or whirlpool'.
